7 Supplements You Need to Eliminate Candida
Most people go and start a candida cleansing regimen. They pick an anti-fungal, a probiotic, and stick to an anti-candida diet for a few months. This is all nice and well, but cleansing is tough on your body. It robs us of nutrients, energy, and vitality. And you don’t have to drink egg yolk by itself (Those Rocky movies were misleading!). In reality, most people mix egg yolk with a drink, or protein shake, and just gulp it down. Egg yolk has literally no bad taste, and simply makes the drink smoother, and a little sweeter. It tastes quite aromatic.
A thing to keep in mind is to eat only the yellow egg yolk, not the white! Contrary to popular belief, it is only the egg yolk that contains all the vitamins you need. The white isn’t harmful, it’s just that it’s practically useless and contains little nutrients.
2. Cod Liver Oil
I remember my parents always forced me to consume a spoonful of cod liver oil every single day before I went to bed. I didn’t know how healthy it was then, but now I know. Cod Liver oil is a rich source of Vitamin A, which helps thins your blood. Vitamin A is crucial as it acts an anti-oxidants, ridding your body of free radicals.
Cod Liver Oil also contains plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids, which can help:
