While you are at work, eat the Medifast pretzels, puffs and bars. I traveled extensively during the 5/1 and worked trade shows. I still had time between customers to munch on my MF. Put a bag of pretzels or puffs in your pocket and reach in and grab one. It just takes commitment. You don't have to eat the entire package at once, just munch for 1/2 hour on it.
When you get to T&M, you won't be able to eat lots of food at one time or you will gain back your weight. So to learn a new way of eating, and to develop a new, healthy relationship with food, please make a commitment to yourself to eat every 3 hours. You are worth it! And most other folks on Medifast are working, and still getting in their meals. You can too......
Blessings,.

All it takes is planning. I find I eat when I'm not hungry yet I still do it. I wake between 5-6 in the morning and I go to sleep between 10-11..
I usually have coffee first and my breakfast meal by 7 - I have my mid-morning snack at work around 9:30. Lunch at 12:30 - mid afternon snack between 2:30- 3, dinner by 6 and evening snack between 8-8:30. It's not easy to get all the meals in, but somehow you just do it..
I wouldn't recommend doubling up on meals although sometimes you have no choice (epsecially the days where you split your lean and green) Just try to plan as best as you can wth the schedule you have..
Where there's a will there's a way!.
Good luck and happy losing!..
Thanks everyone :-) I know it seems possible to get all the meals in every 3 hrs but oftentimes it is is just not :-( I do bring the puffs and bars but b/c I work in a busy ER sometimes the sacrifice has to be made ( I know, I am suck a martyr-lol!). I think part of the part that makes it hard is because I don't get as hungry as I used to so there is not the crazy nagging starving feeling that I used to get. I will keep working on it though!..
That happen to me yesterday, I was eating all my meals at once trying to get them all in...
I'm usually on the run and on the go in meetings and training sessions at work myself and so try to do between 2-3 hours.
When I'm at my desk I eat things like oatmeal, puddings, soups, etc. But when I know I may have to run to a meeting or I will be in a training session I take my shakes, bars, and/or puffs - puffs are a little harder if I'm the trainer that day, I can't eat and train at the same time; but the shakes and bars work great...
I think the shakes would be the easiest to gulp down. Not ideal, but fast when you need it. Thanks for caring for those who need you in an emergency...
