Hi Monte906:.
I always make my shakes (I love the Dutch Chocolate) the night before I'm planning on having them. I put the recommended 8 ounces of water and about 1/2 teaspoon of plain cocoa powder. Then the next day when I'm ready for it, I add 3 ice cubes that I pound with a rubber mallet and wiz it in my Magic Bullet. Thick, creamy and yummy! Hope that helps...
You can buy the little flavorings in the spice aisle and add them to your shakes. One of my favorites is to add lemon flavoring to my vanilla or french vanilla shakes...
Vanilla shake + Starbucks VIA instant coffee + a couple of pumps of SF caramel syrup (mixed in a blender with ice) = a drink like a fancy coffee shop frozen drink! Love the vanilla shakes this way (and drink at least one a day)..
Hugs,..
I mix it with one can of sf cherry 7up and a little ice in a blender. So refreshing!..
I use SF hazelnut or raspberry flavoring in mine or you could use any kind of sugar free flavoring that you like. I also make 2-3 and let them sit overnight in the fridge...
Haven't thought to use soda. Good idea though! I may have to try that one! Thx!..
What flavor shake do you mix with the SF soda? What does it taste like?..
I just bought some diet cherry coke. Thought I'd try the chocolate shake with it. Also I think that vanilla would go with just about anything. Keep up your good work...
Thanks ev1 - seems soda is the answer - they send a ton of shakes with the order and there is no real "Food" value to them - and not very tastey either - I have been skipping them and just drinking water - LOL - even the kids don't like them..
Can you return them????..
I have noticed that sometimes people mention "shake bread" on the posts. I don't know what they are but would love for someone to point me in the right direction so I can try it. I searched on recipes but couldn't get a hit...
