Your question was: BBQ Sauce I can use with Nutrisystem?.
Here's a great idea that I am going to try as soon as my next order gets here.

I like to nuke mine, shred it up a bit, and serve it in a heated tortilla. I'll add onion, salsa and sometimes ff cheese and/or black olives. Rotel tomatoes would be good, too, I think...
I heat mine with herbs de provence and fennel seed. Put it on a wheat bun with a slice of ff cheese (free food) and top with carmelized onions (mixed with anchovy paste) and olives (fat). It's a rachel ray recipe that I made Nutrisystem friendly..

Oh my gosh, I am drooling as we speak! Chicken and dumplings are my favorite. I'm going to have this for dinner tonight. Thanks, Nancy..
My favorite wayto eat it is to make a chicken stir fry with pea pods, mushrooms, zuc, onions, brocoli or whatever I have in the fridge then at the end add 1 T low sodium soy sauce then either 1/3 cup of cooked brown rice or 1/2c of cooked pasta..
I also love it as a quesadilla w/ff cheese at a protein serving and put jalapenos diced over the top then I dip in a little bit of salsa and ff sour cream and it's delish..
Ive been loving it on the arnolds thin with lettuce tomato and adding 1T of the galeos dijonaise.....its so good that way reminds me of the wendy's chicken sandwich with their honey mustard sauce..
As above mentioned love it as if it were pulled pork sandwhich and add the habenero mango bbq sauce they sell it in the jar at buffalo wild wings and then add 1T low fat blue cheese as a free food. nice and spicy I love it!.
I know there are other ways ive made it but those are the ones I do alot of I cant think of any more off the top of my head...
I like to make chicken salad out of it. You can add whatever you like in yours..
My husband sautees red peppers and shreds the chicken and adds ortega fajita seasoning as a free food. HE wraps it in a tortilla...
I usually just eat it as a chicken sandwich and I think it's great that way! But last night I was a bit bored, and since I was chopping up vegetables for my salads for the next few days anyway, I decided to try something a little different..
I threw some of my chopped-up vegetables in a bowl: Green and red onion, bell pepper, tomato, a few bits of shredded carrot, a couple slivers of eggplant, and I also added some fresh garlic, jalapenos, and banana peppers. I sauteed the whole bowl of vegetables for a few minutes until the red onion was soft. I used some lime juice, a little vinegar, a dash of hot sauce, a sprinkle of taco seasoning, and some chili powder in the mix. Then I microwaved the chicken patty according to the directions, chopped it up, and tossed it into the pan with the veggies for just a couple more minutes. I served it with two small tortillas (80 calories for the pair, so I counted it in place of a bun) and topped it all with a little bit of fat free sour cream. There was SO much filling that I ended up having to eat it open-faced, but it was really good! I probably made it a bit too spicy though...
