I know Newman's Own is recommended, and I tend to check out any store's light brands and see what works. If worse comes to worst, I'll use less of an off-plan salad dressing. Once, a friend just squeezed lemon juice and drizzled olive oil over our salad. I wasn't sure about it, but it was surprisingly good!..
I am a huge fan of Wishbone Salad Spritzers because they have 15 calories for 10 sprays, 1g of fat and 1 carb.

I like to save my healthy fats on other things. However, in a pinch I will use vinegar and olive oil to dress a salad...
I hate all the Walden products. The one dressing I found when I did Medifast in 2007 was the Galeo's brand. I love that stuff. The Dijonaisse is my favorite. Even when I don't do MF, that's the only dressing I get. My Whole Foods got it in because I recommended it, but they have trouble with their supplier once in a while.
There Sesame one tastes like coleslaw dressing...
Groovy, thanks, ladies. I need to get over to the store at some point in the next day. (in the meantime I'm eating steamed veg anyway so I don't really need salad at the moment)..

Kraft, Light done right, raspeberry vinigrette, so good over some chopped up cucumbers. And you get 2T per serving..
Otherwise the Newmans Own balsamic vinigrette is great too!.
There is list of all sorts of dressing on the condiments guide found on success tools tab...
I had forgotten I had the Condiments list downloaded that had the recommended dressings... d'oh. I really need to calm down and read more of my stuff before posting.....
Annies Honey Mustard Vinagrette is yummy and on plan!..
I use Annie's and Bolthouse - both are low sugar and low carb...
