I tried it (with drs approval) I did not lose any quicker and it was HARD! I gave it up within a month...........I would not do it without drs supervision, there could be serious complications with such a low calorie diet plan. My best advice, stick to the 5+1 strictly, watch you condiments, avoid snacks, drink more than teh 8 glasses of water and it will come off as quick as it is going to!.
Oh and congratulations on the wedding!..
I have done a 6+0 occasionally in the past and it did not help my weight loss enough to make it worth it. The difference might be a pound or two for the whole month...
I am with Pam here...5 and 1....wait about 2 weeks and start walking....make sure you get that water in and you will be amazed at what you can do....and YES...BIG CONGRATS ON YOUR WEDDING!!...later Prez....
Drink more than 64 oz of water a day too, it might help. Congrats on the wedding!..
