If he's a distance cyclist Boldenone wont be a particulary good option as he will still add some weight which can impact on times. Which is why cyclists prefer EPO as their is virtually no weight gain..
If he's not competing then he should stay the hell away from it. Try to get to higher altitudes and get some dessicated liver tablets, preferably ones with haemoglobin iron in them..
They're usually sold at GNC or Holland & Barrett..
He is 12 stone 6' and 51 years old. What would be the dosage? Do you cycle it? If so how long? How long does the OFF period need to be?.
He asked me how much it would cost for a year's supply. That's what I am trying to figure out..
This is all general so I can research the price considering it varies to a severe degree between sources..
I could figure this out if I knew how much was in each dose.
Thanx guys; good looking out RB...
The effects of EPO wont be felt for roughly two months. The EPO signals to the Bone Marrow to stimulate the production of new RBC's. These then need time to mature before being of any reasonable use..
At his age & weight, I would say to use 500ius every other day for 3 weeks then take 10 weeks off to allow maturity time and to montor effects..
If he can obtain 5000iu pens then this would be perfect..
At this kind of dosing he would only need 4 pens for a year...
