You can, however, return items after you get them...

You can order any products you want. If you buy the monthly program I think you have to take what they send, but you can order individual boxes of anything. Even with the auto ship program you can go in there every month and change the order. The idea is that you accept a shipment every month, it doesn't have to be the same thing. Click on "Shop Online" above and sign in and just choose how many boxes of whatever you want and order. If your order is over $250 (I think) you get free shipping..

If you order a variety pack you get what they put in the box. If you place an order where you pick the product you can order what you want. If you wind up with product you don't care for, put an announcement in asking for a swap. There are plenty of people in the same predicament and would glady exchange with you...

I agree with all the answers but I thought I would add a bit of information about the puddings.... They make great shakes! 1 pudding, 1 cup chipped ice, 8 ounces of water and put in a blender til smooth!! I eat mine with a spoon...

Why not call Medifast on the phone and get your answer immediately. I had to call about something and got the nicest gal (Darme) and she gave me a number for direct ordering. She said she'd take care of all my orders and you might want to try calling her. (1-866-451-9257) is a toll free call. That way you can talk over anything you want to about what you want to order...

Have you tried making ice cream with your pudding? it's totally awesome!.

1 pk pudding (choc or van).

1 pk splenda (or what ever you use).

1/3 c water.

1 c ice.

1/4 tsp vanilla or what ever flavoring you like.

Whip this up and you have soft serve ice cream and it makes a huge cup! I love it...

Sorry the recipe is wrong for icecream go on line and do a search you will find it. it's 1/2 cu water not 1/3 and you add 1 oz cream cheese fat free. look on line for other ideas, sorry for the miss print...
