Question: I am truly fed up with this diet. It doesn’t even work! And yes, I am doing MANY other things too. I fell off of the diet this weekend and can’t seem to motivate myself to get back to it. I was in the very same situation, two years ago. Had no clue what Candida was. Did not konw what was happening to me. All the doctors said I was fine, three months later I started having chronic fatigue AND brain fog. Do you have this symptoms yet?

What is happening is that you do not digest well, hence the embarrassing gas. Then all of this food ferments in your intestine, and if you do not do something about it now, you will get leaky gut and brain fog.

You are lucky you know about candida already, afew cleanses shall be enough to put you on track and NO the diet is NOT the solution. It alleviates the problem. >Like you at first it did not alleviate it for me. I had to go for a liquid diet, mostly fresh juices.

Then I found out about enemas and the combination of fresh juice and enema allowed to go back to some solid food, mostly veggies - at that point fruit and carbohydrates (rice, corn, name it) would not do.

Only very recently (3 months ago) did I find out about this forum. Only then did I realize the importance of B & P shakes.

Cleansing IS the solution: 1- your colon (shakes and enemas) 2- your kidneys (fasting and loads of fresh juice) 3- liver cleanse

Eat normally wont make you feel better. Try it and see for yourself.

When you are ready to go back to the diet.
If you do not have an enema bag, and you dont have a juicer, another option is to get more regular bowel mvt with a garlic flush:

First thing in the morning, swallow three garlic cloves whole. You eat them whole so as to have them go through the intestine and not get digest entirely in the intestine. This will
1-keep your bowel moving
2-kill the candida in your colon
3- reduce the fermentation of undigested food.

Then, if you still have gas after a few days, you MUST go for liquid diet or else: purchase digestive enzymes or HCL.
