Can't do cauliflower fries, but Ana4205 shared this recioe for zucchini fries.
They are REALLY good..
I am interested in knowing too. I have seen recipes for zucchini fries and turnip fries (haven't tried them yet) so maybe there is something with cauliflower?? But I did try the cauliflower pizza and it was delicious..
There's also a recipe out there for radish fries that are to die for...
I wonder if you can do anything with asparagus? I will have to try some of the other receipes too...
Thanks guys! I will have to try out the recipes. I am trying to start cooking healthy for him, as well. =)..
Can you please send me the recipe for cauliflower pizza? Thanks!..
Green bean fries are great too! Whole green beans (fresh or frozen but NOT canned) sprayed with olive oil Pam and seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning in a 450-475 degree oven baked until brown. Delish!!!..
I do the radish fries ALL the time. I just slice the radishes super thin, finely dice a Tbl of onion, add a little Mrs. Dash and olive oil for my fat for the evening. Throw all the stuff in a hot skillet at medium high heat until they look done. FANTASTIC!..
Cool idea. Do you defrost frozen beans first I assume?..
I don't even bother defrosting them - just throw them on the cookie sheet and roast away...

Love these! Was actually going to suggest it, but you beat me too it. Easy on the Montreal Steak seasoning though... it gets quite spicy!..
I am totally going to try this! I LOVE green beans!..
