Hi - I don't know any recipes but here's what I do with my Chai Latte: I mix 1/2 pkt of Chai and 1/2 packet of Hot Cocoa with about 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until blended, add another 1/2 c of hot water. Stir to blend, drink & enjoy...
I put 1 tsp of carmel suyrp in the chi tea and it's great...
It's funny ... I *HATED* the Chai for about 6 months or so ... love it now! I mix the chai with a small amount of cold water (shake it up until well mixed) and add to a cup of strong, hot black coffee. Sometimes I mix a chai and a vanilla shake (makes 2 meals, so save 1/2 for later)..
Lots of recipes have been done with it ....
THis one is from BT2006.
Chai Spice Cookies.
1-chai latte.
1-maple or apple oatmeal.
1/2 tsp. baking powder.
2 pkts. Splenda.
1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice (or pumpkin pie spice).
1/2 tsp Cinnamon.
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp maple extract.
1/2 tsp imitation butter extract (works well in the cookie recipe!).
1/4 tsp peanut butter extract from http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/...1&id=1748PNTBT R.
( Don't have to have the PB extract to make these)..
2 TBSP SF Caramel or Praline syrup.
Very scant 1/4 c water.
Mix dry ingredients well. In a measuring cup mix the extracts and syrup..
Pour into a "well" into the dry ingredients and start mixing..
Then add a little water at a time until dough is thick, but yet mixed..
Should not be crumbly..
Then chill the dough for an hour and make into 8 small balls and flatten on Pam sprayed cookie sheet..
Bake for 6-8 min at 350 and remove from sheet and cool on rack..
A Perfect spiced cookie! The texture is dense, yet these raised up like a real cookie..
Hope someone likes these, too!.

Pumpkin Spice Muffins! Yum!.
Even though I love the Chai Latte as a drink I am a Medifast muffin fan and am always looking for more muffin and cookie recipes..
Well, I'd read somewhere a suggestion to make pumpkin bars with the Chai Latte and I thought about making some Pumpkin muffins instead..
Made them and love them! In fact, they're one of my new favorites!.
Definately a recipe for this fall and winter!.
1-apple cinnamon oatmeal.
1-Chai Latte.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
2 tsp Splenda.
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Mix the dry ingredients and then add.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp almond extract.
1/2 cup water.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes and cool..
Makes 6 muffins (3 muffins for a Medifast meal).
THis is from Ilanamara ....
I added 1 tsp of UNSWEETENED cocoa (the kind of you bake with) to 1 packet of chai latte and used 1 cup of water. The slight bitterness of cocoa offsets the taste of the chai and adds a nice chocolate flavor. According the the nutrition information from the side of the Ghirardelli container, it adds only 5 calories, 0.5g fat and 1 carb/0 sugar (with Hershey's it would be less than 7 calories but less fat and 1 carb. Yum..
Here's a recipe from MomtoLissa ....
That sounds yummy!.
I did this and it was awesome, doesn't taste like Chai at all..
3 chai pkts.
1 pkt multigrain crackers, crushed into bits..
1/2 tsp baking soda.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
2 T Davinci Vanilla syrup.
1/2 c + 2 T water.
Mix up. spray regular size non-stick muffin tin with Pam. Fill 6 cups equally with mixture. Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 min-until done to your liking..
Enjoy! I loved them! AND... I didn't need Oatmeal!!! YAYYYYY... (I am intolerant to soy)..
I top with a tiny bit of SF Maple Syrup sometimes..
The crackers are only 1/3 of a snack for the day as this recipe makes 3 meals of 2 muffins per meal. They are VERY FLUFFY and yummy..
Lemme know what you all think if you try them..
Thanks for getting my creative juicing flowing. I am getting real tired of Cappuccino and Cream of Broccoli soup LOL..
I also found that you could do without the crackers when I made this in a later baking session. So if you don't have them or don't want to use part of your snack you can leave them out. Maybe add a bit of Freebie Chocolate syrup or something. I would add 2T and take away the extra 2T from the water..
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!.
And another one from MomtoLissa;.
Fluffy Chai Muffins.
3 chai pkts.
1 pkt multigrain crackers, crushed into bits... good way to take out your irritation with someone or something....
1/2 tsp baking soda.
1/2 tsp baking powder.

1/2 c + 2 T water.
Mix up. spray non-stick muffin tin with pam. Fill 6 cups equally with mixture. Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 min-until done to your liking..
Enjoy! I loved them! AND... I didn't need Oatmeal!!! YAYYYYY....

JudyO, you're awesome. I was having a hard time with the Chai as well and I don't drink coffee. Just look at all the options you gave in one post! Thanks...
Whatever you do , do not mix it with coffee, it is worse and I had to throw it out..
Definitely won't do this. I almost threw it out mixing it with just water. LOL.
JudyO, Thanks so much for those recipes! I am gonna try some of them today!.
Kristy..
I love the Chai Latte made in a blender with ice. Drinking it this way makes it more like a frappacino type of drink. Could never drink it hot...
