I actaully had this problem with the hot coca. It has a strange taste to it. The last box I had was amazing, but this one sucks!..

Please let me know what they say. I just ordered the Appetite Suppressant Chocolate Shake, and it tastes weird too-different from regular chocolate shake. I don't know if it's because of the added ingredients or what? Has anyone else tried this shake?..

I got one bum packet of chicken and wild rice soup a bit ago. I dumped it into the water and then did a double take, there was barely anything there!..

Lately I have been making bettina's thai chicken soup - recipe was on this board. It is yummy..

I also add some shredded nuked cabbage. Makes it feel like alot of food..

It is my favorite medifast meal (besides those yummy bars)..

Yep, Bettina's thai chicken soup is the bomb! I eat it every day, even on my road trip last week.
