I don't blame you one bit there. This is by far the EASIEST weight/fat loss program I've ever been on!..
You're righ Sandy... I've done just about everything you can try previous to MF! And you know what the real kicker is? I normally wake up in the morning RAVENOUS...Today? Not even a tummy grumble to speak of when I woke up. Still ate my oatmeal, of course, but how nice it is to feel that I'm not a slave to my appetite anymore!.
Looking forward to a fantastic Day 3..
I was the same was. I placed my second order 9 days after starting MF. Mostly because I was nervous I wouldn't get my second box in time...
Good for you! I was the same - after 4 or 5 days on plan I placed my second order, only ordered 2 weeks the first time..
Looking back 8 weeks later, I can't believe I was so skeptical and nervous!..
Great minds think alike-lol-I just ordered my third Medifast "hoard," consisting of the foods/shakes that I like the most...
I ordered a few new things, based on what other people were saying...I'm especially excited to try the chili I like the chicken noodle soup okay (I add a little cumin and some sweet&spicy tabasco sauce!) but thought the chili might at least feel a little more substantial. I also got the S'more's bar and the parmesan puffs....
I have been blending my pudding with 1/2C water and 1C crushed ice and it makes a soft serve "ice cream" (read that suggestion in another post right when I started MF) but tonight I made it as I made my soup ,and then set it in the freezer in a mug until I was ready for my evening meal. MAN OH MAN was is just like regular ice cream!!! Deeeelicious! I love my sweet fix, and I really look forward to that treat knowing that I'm still on the right track, even if it tastes like a "cheat!"..
Melissa, how exactly do you make the pudding like you make the soup. I'm assuming that you do not add cumin and some sweet & spicy tabasco sauce. lol Do you cook it first in the micorwave or stovetop? I would love to try this, too...
LOL, I'm sorry - I meant to say that I make the pudding at the same time as I'm making my soup, that way it has time to chill in the freezer For the pudding just whip everything (that I mentioned above: water, ice cubes) up in the little blender and you're on your way... I also tried making the pudding with 1/2c cold black coffee from the morning and it added just a little extra KICK to the chocolate! Loved it!..
