Sometimes Nutrisystem will suggest you go on 4&2 for a few days to conserve food if you are running low. If you call Medifast support (not the customer service line for shipping, but the Nutrition Support) and tell them what you have on hand they can probably help you make a plan to get through until the next shipment arrives. (I say call instead of post because it is Friday and they might not respond to a post until Monday - next business day and all).
P.S. 16 pounds in a week - WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is awesome!..
I would call Medifast about this. Maybe they can over-night it to you. I'd be upset too and would in the future order earlier than 1 week of food to go so I couldn't possibly run out of food. My shipping has been right on target each order (I've placed 3) and I was able check the shipment using the email they sent. Good luck and sorry I can't recommend anything other than eating sensibly and watch your carbs (especially) and fats to keep in ketosis...
Please call Medifast Customer Care at (800) 209-0878. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem. They also can then connect you to Nutrition Support to get help on what to do until your order arrives...
Thanks for your help. My shipment finally arrived today. Somehow they forgot to ship it on Tuesday and when I called Thursday, it got out the door. I'll know to give my order more time next time. I just wanted to make sure I was going to stick with MediFast before I invested more $$$. I actually only ran out of the oatmeal and bars. I had 1 or 2 shakes left so it was close...
Call Medifast about your shipment. my 1st shipment was lost, yet it still charged my card and showed shipped by ups. the package was still in transit...but noone could find it. it took 3 weeks for me to get everything straightend out and receive my shipment...
