I've been reading on some message boards, that there are some people out there that don't like to drink water. Of course, there's always adding Crystal Light, but it's not rec to have, but occas.

I found a product at the grocery store called "True Lime" or "True Lemon". Here's the scoop:.

"The original crystallized lime substitute" 100% all natural ingredients, 0 calories, 0g carbs, excellent source of vitamin C. The ingredients are: citric acid, lactose, lime juice, lime oil, maltodextrin, & ascorbic acid (vitamin C). You can add a packet to 10-20oz of water (or other beverage), make limeade/lemonade w/ your favorite sweetener, sprinkle on fish, seafood, or chicken, or use in marinades or sauce. 2 packets equal 1Tbsp of lime juice. I really love to have this for sprinkling in my water! It honestly tastes like a big splash of real lemon or lime. Of course, there is nothing better than the real thing, but this works for people on the go, w/o access to knives, cutting board, etc...

Already use the stuff and it is great. They also have True Orange now too!..

Hi Kim.

I also use the True Lemon and True Lime to help get all that water down, but I didn't know about the True "Orange". Thanks for letting us know, I'm going to have to keep my eyes "peeled" for it at the market...

In my neighborhood Safeway it's right by the Splenda/other sweeteners in the baking aisle ..I haven't seen the orange yet.I'm stokedI love orange! I bet it would jazz up the orange shake...

I posted this on the newbie forum....

I went to the health food (co-op) store today trying to find an item for my hubby. While I was there I saw that SweetLeaf brand, liquid stevia makes flavored drops that you can add to anything. I grabbed one that was Valencia Orange flavor and added it to my unflavored water... IT WAS AWESOME!!! Before I had to mix flavored waters in with regular watr just to get in my water intake for the day. They had orange, dark chocolate, mint, lemon, cinnamon and a few others. you add 1 drop for every 2 liquid ounces.

On the website I mention above, they also carry a product called Tasty Trim. The product combines FLAVORS with a 0 CALORIE SWEETENER, all in one packet. Can use it to flavor and sweeten all at once. Comes in Chocolate, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Hazelnut, Lemon and Peach!!..
