Hi Everyone!.

Where can I find a good electric scale? Does anyone have one they love and would recommend? I have just been eyeballing my portions, but I think it might help with the weight loss to see exactly what portion I should be eating. Any thoughts?.

I have a digital battery operated one that I love. It's a Sumbeam and has tons of buttons on it! I think I picked it up at Target or Bed, Bath and Beyond...

I have a Salter, extremely easy to use and very simple looking. Bought it at Macy*s for $25 but imagine you could find it several places. I like the fact that I can put an empty dish on it, turn it on and it registers 0, add the food and get a precise, to the 1/8 oz measurement. When I was eyeballing my food I was definately low on the chicken and fish...

Salter here also. It is round and unobtrusive. May be the same one EinOregon has, I can weigh it with the plate on and it adjusts to zero. I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond...
