Ok, do you use any extracts or sugar free syrups? Several of my favorite shakes are: Vanilla shake with a sprinkle of cinammon and some butter spray or butter extract. Maybe some vanilla extract. I love the chocolate shake with alittel almond extract or better yet some sf german choc syrup! You can add Crystal lite to the fruity shakes or the vanilla shakes to create some different flavors. Extracts, crystal lite, cinnamon, and sugar free syrups are your friend!.
If you choose to try the eggs, then I would really recomend trying the crepes recipe. Yummy!.
I hope this helps!..
Now these extracts are they sugar free like that chocolate shake with almond extract sounds good but is that stuff sugar free or what?..
I know you said you don't like anything else. If you already tried the next 2 ideas, ignore me but if not 1) you can make yummy pancakes out of the oatmeal and have them with walden farms sugar free syrup. they are to die for! Mix the oatmeal with a couple tablespoons of egg beaters and just enough water to get it to pancake batter consistency. (I also add cinnamon to the batter.) Pour on a skillet or frying pan (nonstick or with pam, or both). Let cook & brown on one side - it takes a while - flip it & do the other side. With the syrup it is really good.
Of peanut butter or 2 T of PB2 and a couple T of sugar free syrups (chocolate, vanilla & caramel works great) and just a bit of water so you can get a REALLY thick batter. Roll into balls, roll in a mixture of the cocoa, some cinnamon & a packet of splenda, and refrigerate or freeze for 1/2 hour or more. You get yummy chocolate truffles! I hope this helps!..
Just plain extracts, limit is 2 tbsp a day. Buy them in the baking aisle. Butter extract is there too. There are usually almond, raspberry, vanilla, butter and several others. Buy them all and experiment! Just a bit in each shake though, maybe a tsp at the most!..
I use the da vinci sugar free syrups they are sugar free & carb free. You can find them at TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Marshalls, or off the Da Vinci website...
