My favorites to mix with puddings are:.
True Lemon - man that tastes good frozen in vanilla pudding.
Alpine SF Spiced Apple Cider Mix.5 tsp of the mix is 1 carb. and is unbelievable in vanilla pudding [note packaging shows 4 carbs per pack, but I only use 1/4 of pkg with each serving].
TSP of PB2 - goes well with the choc pudding as a topping..
I lured my wife onto Medifast with my pudding mixes and they aren't very fancy...
Cinnamon for my oatmeal and sodium-free bouillon for my cream of chicken soup. Otherwise, I use my condiments on my lean, so it depends on what I am having. Garlic and Melinda's Hot Sauce are a staple in my kitchen, though...
Capsiana Zing (the diet version of course). Its a Carolina based hot sauce made from a Malaysian recipe or something. It has raisins in the mix along with all the hot peppers, so it makes my coach a little nervous. But a tsp is 1 carb and it's great with veggies. Can only buy it from the company and in 12 bottle case (unless you are lucky enough to live near the Carolinas). Worth it!..
I really want to buy some PB2 but I'm torn - should I buy the 2 pack of pb2/pb2 chocolate, or get 4 jars of PB2 for the same price? Is the chocolate really good? I have sugar free chocolate torani syrup so I'm not sure if I'd need it!..
I don't like the extra carbs due to the sugar added for that verion, but I have never tried other than regular. I have one store in the state that carries, so I'm lucky I can buy individually. Why not order from that site "netrition"? They have it for $3.99 and flat fee shipping. They also sell syrups, but won't sell them to you in the winter. Darn - just checked - they are out of stock on that one. But option for future..
I'm having some tonight as chocolate pudding topping - that way only need to use about a tsp of the stuff. I've read the stuff has limited shelf life, so might want to freeze it if buy in bulk...
How do you get free shipping on there? Tried adding PB2 chocolate since theyre sold out of PB2 and cheapest I can get is 5$ shipping..
Salt, pepper, soy sauce , fresh garlic and cinnamon...
