You can do it !! There will be a lot of tempting sights and smells but stick with the plan. You will feel so much better when the day is over. Great job on that 50 pound loss!!..
Congratulations on your loss!!! I'm sure your daughter is very proud of you and happy that you are healthier. Let that be your support. You've done great so far and tomorrow will the first of many times for you to make good choices..

We went to eat at Toby Keiths "I Love That Bar and Grill". My choices weren't the best but also weren't the worst. I didn't eat all of it, and it really wasn't that good. I think it's because I haven't eatten foods like that for three months. It is okay, it's the first time I've eatten off the Medifast plan since I started. I AM getting right back on my regular Medifast schedule.
The thought did cross my mind to tell myself it was okay to go off plan for the rest of the day and have some popcorn and a few mixed drinks. I am glad I decided I would feel a lot better about myself it I got right back on, only having one meal off plan. Getting right back on and keep drinking all the water I don't think one meal will set me back too bad. Thanks, Cheryl..
I am new to medifast (two weeks) but I have gone out 3 times now and was able to stay within the lean and green. My fav choice is Applebees new California shrimp salad. I took the time to put all the ingredients in my daily meal planner (even the bacon) and was able to stay on plan. I just ask for the dressing on the side and as soon as the salad comes, ask for a to go box and split the salad in half. Hope this helps...
