Without knowing the specific nutrition data from the product you want to use, it's difficult to help. Also some have already been passed by NS, have you done a search of their section of the forum for more info?.
Found these threads:.
And..

Thanks for the links! The Chick'n is 2 servings for a leanestNeed to check for the beefless tips..
The second link show the chick'n is good and 2 servings (as the box defines it) considered a leanest choice (so added healthy fats are required).
The beefless might work as a leaner choice, not sure if my math is right. Might want to post to Nutrisystem or call them.
Sorry best I can do, I'm not the expert with a calculator. LOL..
Thanks ))) I am terrible at figuring all the details out!..
I'm so glad someone is bringing this up, gardein is the BEST! I'm new to Medifast so I wasn't sure about deviating from the compiled list. Seriously, if you guys were next to me I would be smothering you with hugs and smooches I can't wait to have the "chicken" again!! Normally I make my own faux meats, but I can't be too sure about the nutritional facts, so gardein it is!..
I had the chick'n scalopini (2 pieces) with sauteed peppers and a salad..
Was yummy but I think I like Quorn better..
Going to try the beefless tips as soon as I can figure out how much of it to eat...
My faux meat reluctant coworker can't get enough of the beefless tips, she couldn't believe how good it was. I'm not a fan of quorn actually, I think I mostly just hate the word quorn?..
I tried the Buffalo wings for the first time last night and couldn't believe how good they were. I will be adding Gardein to my L&G regularly for sure...
LOL regarding the word Quorn..
I had the beefless tips tonight and they were YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!..
Quorn may possibly be the worst name for a product EVER. It is unbelievably difficult to convince people that what you are eating is delicious, when they ask you "So, what's in it?" and you have to utter the word Quorn...
Is this part of the meatless options list? Just curious!.
<a href="http://www.medifast1.com"><img border="0"></a>..
When people ask me what Quorn is I tell them it's fake meat made out of vat fungus. Then they don't want any of my delicious Quorn!.
The Gardein faux chicken rocks. I eat it with extreme prejudice about twice a week!..
