My next question is: Hi,im 24years old,weigh 80 kilos,and alittle pudgy arround the waiste..

Im planning my first cycle ,i have 2 10ml bottles of test cypionate(testabol depot 200mg/ml) and loads of proscar and nolvadex.im told estrogen and androgenic(hair loss which I'm prone to) related sides are due to come into effect not long after starting the cycle.i plan to run 400mg of test per week.i have been told to start taking nolvadex and proscar as soon as I start the test,how much of each should I take per day?..

Diet sounds good. take 1 nolvadex tab every day from the start to stop potental gyno. For the hairloss - take 1 finasteide tab per day. if you have proscar you will have to break to tab doen into 2 or 4 pieces - I cant recall which. how many mg are they.?..

Whats are finasteide tabs, where do you get hold of them??..

Finasteride are tablets that stop the conversion of dht which causes hairloss. just search on the net - there easy to get hold of but prices vary. shop around for a good deal..

Anyone know good place to get hold of Proscar or Dutasteride..

No never, proscar doesn't come under steroid umbrella does it?..

For your ist cycle I would suggest something like. DIANABOL AND DECA, simple and very effective for your 1st cycle.

At the moment I'm takin ANAPALON 50 and week 1 no probs with gyno but week 2 my nipples are starting to tingle( I try and leave off the anti estrogen untill I have a tingle in my nipples), so I'm taking 25 mg nolva perday if that dont help will up it to 50mg..

So the sooner you start you nolva the better the protection, but anti estrogens do weaken the anabolic steroid...
