I'd do 1ml sust and 1ml deca every 4 days until my 2 10ml bottles ran out (lasting 6 weeks) then a shot of prop every second day 4 days after my last shot of sust/deca, this will make your course a 9 weeker and should throw up some good gains..

I assume the 100 budget depends on supplier, obviously some would get the drugs very cheaply whilst others may pay more...

I dont know whether I'm allowed to ask this but in general is there a regional variation in prices or is it simply about who you know..

I'm doing the cycle Paul mentioned (without the dbol but did get some ephedrine included) and come in over budget - definately don't have 4 change..
