From what I've read on the boards, the metallic taste in your mouth is normal when starting Medifast. Other people experience headaches. Again, from what I've read on the boards, this goes away in a few days.

I thougth it was going to keeping tasting that metalic taste..

I used to occasionally have a sweet taste in my mouth but it went away rather rapidly-20 min or so.

If it gets too bad, some people have posted that brushing their teeth gets rid of the taste...

I did go away in a few days and it last all day...
