Count it toward your condiment. I don't see why not. I hadn't thought of doing that but I always made syrup with brown sugar, water and butter instead of syrup. I might have to try it. Great idea...
FYI.
Really are you only going to be able to use 1.5 teaspoons? 30 calories, 6 g carbs for 1.5 tsp. This would use your entire condiment quota for the day for a very minimal amount of syrup. It does contain actual brown sugar, which increases the calories and carbs..
Is it really worth it?.

If you don't like the WF maple syrup you might want to try Maple Grove Farms Vermont s.f. Syrup (I get it at my grocery store or you can find it online). It has a really good flavor..
A 1/4 cup serving is: Calories 10, carbs 5g which breaks down to 2.5 calories & 1.25g carbs per tablespoon. A much better deal than the syrup made with brown sugar Splenda...
Yeah...splenda brown sugar is like 50% real sugar. No go...
I use Vermont Sugar Free brand sf syrup, which I purchased online. It's really good. But most of the sf syrups are pretty good these days. I'm not a fan of wf products myself, after all what can you really expect from zero calorie products? Before you use Splenda brown sugar, which is really good but not OP, I would suggest trying one of the sf syrups available online or in your grocery store...
Ok your right on that splenda I just assumed it was calorie free and all like the regular ,,,that's ok I will try the other brand of syrup. Thanks for opening my eyes up to that...
Try the Vermont bland. It is by far the best SF maple syrup...
