Your question was: How come we can't get on match.com?.
Never, when I found out he was actually not divorced I'd be walking in the other direction no matter what. This guy cares more about his assets than honesty, what a catch...
Hi eggbertshootseggs, I agree with you. Before I found out that he was still married I had already given him my phone number. He said he would call me so that we could get together for coffee before church. It's been 8 days and he has not called for coffee, thank God. Also, he sat next to me at church yesterday and I thought no, no. By the way on his OLD profile his age is 49 and he's looking for someone as young as 21, YUCK.

That's disgusting. He's delusional! If he really wants a 21 year old he'd better have a whole lot of money...
Hi eggbertschootseggs, LOL, I agree disgusting. I get blown away on men who want someone more than 15 years younger than them, I take it as though they are in age denial or living in fantasy land, which fantasy land is very short-lived because reality always comes through fast..

The land of denial is a wonderful place for men..hehe..
If he is not honest about being divorced then chances are he is not honest about other important items either..
He wants a 21 year old? Then he either has a very fragile ego and needs a woman who doesnt have the smarts to question him or he is just looking for some booty right now...
His take on it may be that being divorced and separated are the same thing, and that it shouldn't matter that the legal paperwork is not through if they are not broken up. It would definitely make me much more cautious to get involved with somebody who doesn't want to get a divorce. I have heard of a woman dating (online dating with Match.com) a separated man for many years, and he will not marry her because then he would have to file for divorce from the ex. Plus, it could be an indication that he is not completely over the ex. Even if he is just holding out for the money, the fact that he tries to get away with giving as little as he can to his ex when the law says she deserves more is not a good sign of his character...
