I'm not sure how the actual Medifast site works (I have a health coach through Take Shape for Life), but with that they send an e-mail 7 days in advance and I can make changes up to the ship date. hope this helps! Sarah..

You can log in and make changes to your shipping cart. I did it too cuz I knew right away I didn't want any more of some stuff!..

Welcome to MF! Yes, you will receive the same foods as the first week. To change your order, just go online and make adjustments. It's very easy. You can also change your ship dates, so if you want to order something sooner than later or vise versa. I've never gotten a reminder e-mail about my order shipping. I'm lucky to get an e-mail telling me it shipped before it shows up at my door.

I have adjusted my dates before, especially if the 28 day falls on a Sat/Sun or if bills are tight and I have enough to cover a couple extra days. I have always mixed my own match because I'm picky (don't eat chicken products, prefer diabetic shakes, etc.). I've been on VIP for 6 months now and it's been great (actually month 7 ships tomorrow...I think)..

At first I thought this post was next DAY shipping and I just had to check it out because I didn't believe it...I guess I need to read better..

I love the ease of the automatic order! My first month I ordered through my health coach, then they set me up to order on line. I always get free shipping too...

If you decide to change your order, make sure you save the changes after editing your order. I forgot to hit "save changes" after editing my order and ended up with the exact same order which really sucked!.

Tarain, I made the same exact mistakeand it totally sucked! I was desperatly looking forward to some new favorites to only find the same initial which I didn't like a lot of the stuff. Good thing I was able to exchange it. Although I had to pay for shipping, and plus it took about 2 months before I received my exchanged products...
