Your question was: How does the Nutrisystem flex plan work?.
I don't think that link is working any longerdirects me back to the home page...
That link does not work for me. All it does is take me to the main page if I'm logged in. I suspect it only works if that's the plan you're currently signed up for...
Works fine for me, both mine and biker's links. And, I'm not signed up for Flex...
Both of you also have much older accounts. So there may be something different that you're not aware of...
Both links take me to the homepage, for what it's worth...
WORKED for me too.
The flex plan ships 20 days worth of food every 28 days you can choose yur own foods. New members get a free cook book...
Here is the URL when I click the link...see if this works:.
Pam, what does your plan say when you go to your auto delivery page?.
Mine shows: Core Women's Diabetic Plan 28 days..
For those who it doesn't work for, but want to see the flex, if you log out, then go to www.nutrisystem.com/flex it works...
Okay, the second link works... but is not functional for members that are not on flex. It will only show the 4 28-day core plans and not the flex planner. I suspect you are on a flex plan and not a core plan at this point...
This is what my auto-delivery says, sherilyn:.
Core Women's Basic Plan 28 days..
And you can actually get to more than a promotional blurb that explains that it's 5 days on and 2 days off?..
Both of the above work for me too (not on a flex plan)..
What I get to when I hit www.nutrisystem.com/flex is the following:.
I suspect that I have different expectations than others did of what it is. I expected actual information and more than just a paragraph describing what you're buying.
What do I do on my weekends off days?.
It's simple! Just follow the Weekend section of the Meal Planner provided which outlines your meals and gives suggestions and portion sizes for what you should eat. If you choose to eat out on those days, use the Dining Out Guide provided to help you make smart, program-friendly choices and stay on track. Or, create healthy meals at home with your family using the Recipe Book included (over 80 delicious recipes!).
It really tells nothing about the actual plan...
