Welcome to Medifast! I'll try to answer some of your questions..
I don't understand what you are seasoning your meat with. Salad dressing? If you have beef, you don't need any additional healthy fats...not even salad dressing. When I have beef, I use the "salad spritzers" (a condiment) on my salad or on my vegetables.
Do you have the condiment guide? Click on "Back to Medifast" at the top right of this page, then click on "learning." I also suggest weighing your vegetables rather than measuring them. I have a vegetable weight chart, but I don't know how to link it to this post. Maybe someone will do that for you. If not, send me a PM with your email address and I will send it as an attachment..
Chicken wings are not a good choice. Chicken must be skinless, and how can you weigh the amount of meat on the wings?.
It's fine to split your L&G meal. I usually do about 1/3 of my L&G for lunch, and the rest for dinner. (2 oz. chicken, 1 serving vegetable for lunch and 4 oz. chicken, 2 servings vegetables for dinner). But you can do 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner.
You cannot have syrup and cannot have sausage patties...too high in fat! BUT you can have meatless sausage patties or sausage crumbles. Get the Meatless Options list from the same place you get the Condiment list.
Your body will enter the fat-burning state after 3 or 4 days, if you stay on plan. No bread, no fruit, no alcohol. Eat ONLY what you see on the lists in the Quick Start Guide..
Hope this helps! Best wishes on your journey!..
Thank you for answering I am seasoning my meat with season salt, pepper and sometimes mrs dash. what type of scale do you use to measure the veggies by weight ? all I have is a diet scale from walmart that mreasures in oz..
I like this space saver digital scale from NewLine because you can weigh your food on a dinner plate and the plate does not cover the numbers on the scale. It also weighs in both ounces and grams, and can be "zeroed" after each food item. (This is called "tare.").

The seasonings you are using are all condiments. The salad dressings are healthy fats. I don't usually use any seasoning on my meats. You are allowed up to 3 condiments per day...
Oops! I was thinking about regular syrup. You can have 1-2 TBSP of sugar-free syrup. See the Condiment Recommendations list...
Be careful with season salt as it's on the condiment list and there's a limit to it too. Keep up your hard work! Dan..
