Thank you for your reply.  So it   IS a game?  I have given him all the signals.  He knows that I want him to ask me out.  What comes next in the game?  Right now I am making myself scarace in order to get him to call me, or find out what's been going on.  Just kinda staying away from our "group"  for a couple days right now, but it's hard when I do want to see him.  What comes next in the game??..

I guess I have to be much more careful how I phrase things...By "game" I mean dating (online dating with Match.com) and all the things leading up to it, the flirting, the anticipation, all of it, is supposed to be FUN. Just like games are fun. Why? Because games usually involve two sides that play with each other, there's a certain amount of give and take that happens in a game to make it fun, interesting, maybe even exciting for both sides.So what comes next? You gave him some encouragement, now it's up to him to make his move if he wants to continue the "game."I was NOT referring to head games which seem to be what you're after with the "making yourself scarce" thing thinking that will make him want to chase you, etc. THAT doesn't work. Thank you so much!!  I was given advice by a friend to make him call me this way - then it would be easier to get him alone, by asking him if he wanted to do something, since I hadn't seen him. I agree with you though it's not right to play "head" games.  I don't like them so, why would he??  I'll be myself & see how it all goes..
