How to make Medifast ginger bread?

Hi Everyone!.

I was excited to receive my order from netrition.com today from which I ordered Da Vinci SF gingerbread & peanut butter syrups. I made Gingerbread and it was sooooooooo good, I just had share my recipe. The smell and taste just screams Fall!.

Gingerbread.

1 pk Medifast French vanilla shake.

1/2 tsp baking powder (1 condiment).

1 Tbsp egg beaters (deduct from L&G).

2 Tbsp SF gingerbread syrup - I use DaVinci (1 condiment).

Pam cooking spray.

Lightly spray a small plastic container with Pam. In the same container, combine Medifast shake and baking powder. Add all 3 Tbsp's of liquid and gently stir until you get a batter consistency. Let it sit for 5 minutes (this is KEY). Microwave for 1 minute, depending on the wattage of your microwave. Mine is 1100 watts.

Not only does this smell absolutely delicious, it tastes heavenly. Ok, so you have to give up 2 condiments, but trust me it's worth it for a special treat every now and then!.

This sounds great. Where can you get the SF gingerbread syrup? I have looked in my local grocery stores and can't find it. Do you have it order it online? I wonder if Whole Foods would have it...

Looks like she ordered it online: www.netrition.com. The only Devinci SF syrups I've seen in my town are vanilla and chocolate @ Hyvee...

Chunkyvic is right, I ordered it from netrition.com. The great thing about the site is they charge a flat shipping rate of only $4.95. They have a huge selection of SF syrups. I bought the gingerbread & peanut butter syrups, 2 jars of PB2 as well as 2 bottles of English Toffee liquid Stevia. The shipping was really fast and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Next time I might try the Sf toasted marshmallow syrup =D.

FYI: there is a Cinnabon recipe that uses the SF Marshmallow syrup. I just finished reading it :-).

I LOVE gingerbread this time of year so I'm going to have to try this. Has anyone used the Capella Gingerbread drops?..

If you have a Cash and Carry in your area...... they have tons of those coffee flavors! Its a big restaraunt supply store, but it's open to the public. I'm lucky enough to have one about 2 miles from my home. I'm getting the Gingerbread next time I go...
