Here is the Pancake Recipe:.
1 package Oatmeal- I have tried Blueberry and Peach.
1 eggwhite or 1 Tablespoon Eggbeater.
1 Tablespoon Davinci Peach or Bluberry Syrup.
Enough water to make into a Batter Consistency.
Cook on medium in a Non-Stick Frying Pan sprayed with Pam, just like a regular pancake..
Davinci also makes a sugar free Pancake Syrup. Makes about 3 Small Pancakes.

Here's my variation on the pancakes - these are favorite breakfast:.
1 oatmeal.
2 T egg beaters.
C water.
Tsp baking powder.
I make in a frying pan with a little PAM, either as one big or 3 small pancakes...
Because you add some egg white or egg beaters to the batter, does that mean you eat a little less lean with your L&G? If so, how much less?..
I tend to opt for the egg white as it's about 11 calories and NO added carbs...
I love to make pancakes out of my oatmeal especially right now when I have so much oatmeal left...
2 T of Eggbeaters has about 15 calories and about 1 carb.
It really doesn't add up to much. You could deduct it from your L&G or just not really worry about it. If you enter your foods into MyPlan, you can add it in there and just track that your daily totals are within range...
I made these this morning and was a nonbeliever. I am now a believer. I added a few sprays of ICBINB and 1T of Hersheys SF chocolate syrup to three small pancakes. thank you!! So much better than plain old oatmeal...
