You could put in salsa. I was thinking of have my cottage cheese and then a tomatoe cut up on the side for my meal tomarrow..
My friend puts WF pancake syrup on hers.......
She said she grew up eating it this way. Her dad ate it. It was a Depression dish..
Maybe? Let me know if you try it!..
Sweet is good with cottage cheese! If you're in the mood for savory- I put finely chopped chives (green tops), sweet red pepper and a little celery salt, mix up and serve over spring mix. Yum..
Puree it in a food processor, add a bit of chopped meat or veggie crumbles, some low-fat cheese, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Stuff mushrooms with this mixture and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Soooo good!..
Both yesterday and today I had cottage cheese for my lean. I had a few bites during the day - when I just needed something..
For dinner I mixed it with smashed cauliflower and parmesan cheese. It was SO good. My mom tasted it and said it was like mac and cheese...
Robin, did you bake it after you mixed it?..
That sounds wonderful!!!!! Might even be a Superbowl PArty appetizer that I can take and just eat them as my mea!!!!!! THANKS!..
I just heated it up in the microwave, but I bet baking would make it even yummier...
I like to eat it cold with chopped green onion and chopped lettuce and a little italian type dressing mixed in. It is really good...
Okay so I mixed 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with my mashed cauliflower following Robin's lead and baked it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Yup I think it is called loved. It was so good. You would truly have no idea it was cauliflower...

How much cauliflower did you use? Also, did you use the parmesean? How much? This sounds so good. Thanks...
I use 3 servings of cauliflower and probably 3/4 c cottage cheese and as much parmesan as I have coming (up to 3T). I had it again today. I'm stuck on it...
If you are going for sweet, you could add a little sf jello mix to it...
I did about the same ratio as Robin. I did 1/2 cup cauliflower with 1/4 cup cottage and I skipped the parm but I bet would be better...

Thanks so much. I'm not much of a cook, so I always need measurements. Am going to try this tonight. Can't wait...
