- try making with coffee instead of water for a frappachino type drink..
- Freeze into ice cream.
- Add a measure of pumpkin pie spice and less water for a pumpkin custard type desert.
- add a measure of any sugar free syrup.
- stir into a diet dr pepper or cherry soda for an awesome sweet treat..
I put them in my morning coffee! YUMMERS some people put sf irish cream syrup in it. If you havent tried it blended, do so! Super yummy too!..
I make 'horchata" because I can't stomach the vanilla shakes otherwise. In my mini blender I mix about 4 large ice cubes, 8 oz water, 1 pkt vanilla shake, lots of cinnamon, and sf vanilla syrup to taste. blend until it is completely smooth and there are no ice bits left. Transfer to a blender bottle and refridgerate for at least 2 hours (this helps get rid of the grittiness of the shakes) shake up really well and enjoy!..
I mix with a can of diet orange or root beer soda. Just like an old fashioned soda fountain drink...
I have a huge frappachino every morning! I pour 1/2 cup of coffee (best at room temp or cold), about a 1/2 cup water, vanilla shake and lots of ice in my blender. It is fabulous and it lasts a pretty long time!!!..
I saw this one on another thread, so I can't take any credit for the recipe: 3oz water, 1C crushed ice, 1 pkt Splenda, 1/2tsp Maple extract, 1/2tsp coconut extract...The result tastes like a soft serve butter pecan ice cream I've made it as a regular shake, too, with just water and no ice and it's just as yummy!..
Try 1/2 can diet orange soda (or more) 1 pkg Vanilla shake mix, 1/2 cup cracked ice, 7 drops of orange Dreamsicle flavor drops (Capella.com).
Or 7oz cold coffee, 1 pkg vanilla or cappuchino shake mix, 1/2 cup cracked ice.
1/2 can diet Root Beer, vanilla mix, ice.
Make sure you blend in a blender long enough for it to be creamy Hope this helps!!!..
I just made this Cinnamon Roll Shake.
1 Vanilla Shake.
1 C H2O.
1 C Ice.
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
2 tsp Butter Budds (Condiment).
Put it all in my New NINJA blender.
Tastes Like a Cinnamon Roll Shake..
I made a double portion shake.
1 pkg choc shake.
1 pkg vanilla shake.
1 t. vanilla.
1/4 t. cinnamon.
2 c water.
Blended really well with stick blender and refridge over night. Blending the two makes it taste like milk chocolate. Shake well. Split and drink for two different meals...
