She may not want to incur roaming charges or she is one of those people who text these days instead of talking on the phone. I wouldn't discard her yet. Realistically, she doesn't even know you so I wouldnt place alot of responsibility on to her right now. As far as places to go, I am alot older than you so I don't know all the hot spots that you would probably enjoy. Pick up one of the free newspapers like City Link or New Times because they have listings for the clubs, bars and restaurants, as well as ads that display what will be going on at those places for the week.
