Some people are more touchy, just in general, than others.  I would check out how she interacts with others in your office see if she's touching them too.  If she is not, then most definitely then she's into you.  I am not a touchy person, so if I'm touching a guy on the arm or poking him with what have you, I am quite interested and also reasonably confident the interest is returned.  .

Of course, if she is that way with others, that doesn't mean she's not interested.  It just means you'll have to take the next step and ask her out..

Well I found out today that she recently (2 or 3 weeks ago I suppose) got out of a 2 year relationship (thru Match.com) so I think I'm going to take it slow and take up her offer to get people together to go to dinner at some point down the road...
