Very simply - because women give it to them. They let their own fear of never being loved, self doubts and low feeling of self worth cater to the insecurities of weak men.  They let their fear of never having someone or not being liked cause them to not be their real selves..

And you, by no longer stating your needs and desires, are giving your power away. If what you want and need 'scares' someone away - good riddance.

Don't be part of the problem - your power is YOURS to keep or give away. It is best to be disliked for who you really are than loved for who you pretend to be.

Take your power back..

If someone already thinks that men have all the power, then in their situation, they probably do.  It's all about the attitude someone takes.  One of the key things is that u shouldnt be waiting for them to call at all.  Just live your life.   ..

I don't think this is a power issue.  I think it is more about adjusting to other people so that they are comfortable with the situation.  In our society, men are taught to be the hunter/seeker types.  If we do all the hunting, they don't feel they need to do anything and in the long run this doesn't work. .

Dating gets easier.  I know after my divorce that it was hard to figure this all out again.  I found an ebook that was helpful.  It's titled "Dating Without Drama"..
