Ive added some good quality muscle around a stone in 2 years, may not seem a lot but it's quality no bloat.. done around 4 courses in 2 years..
Diet is as follows:.
6am 4 weatabix with whey.
9am MRP.
11am TRAIN.
After training post workout build and recover (UCN).
45 mins after post workout shake 4 weatabix and whey followed by a banana (most days this will be jacket potato and tuna with beans).
2pm chicken and pasta.
5pm MRP.
8pm chicken Pasta.
10am whey shake.
Through out the day I snack on nuts and fruit.
Im not a great eater so I try to keep thinhs simple and use a lot of MRP's...... I like to keep bodyfat low, as I go away a lot......
Yeah you eat nothing, and 14lbs in 4 cycles is also nothing irrespective of quality muscle..
I would do 10 weeks test @ 500mg a week - inj. every mon/thurs 200mgs.
With 10 weeks primo @ 400mgs a week.
Nothing else (compound wise) needed..
Remember to drink a gallon of h20 on cycle. Take fish oils, cycle support and have nolva for pct (20/20/10/10) with some cheap tribulus @ 2-4 grams a day for 5 weeks (1 week longer than nolva).
Eat way more than you already do... half again on top of what you eat now. And add more whole food protein sources rahter than so much extra whey. Bulk in pct to keep your gains..
Stop being paranoid about fat gain. Plus primo isnt gna warrant that anyway..

Thanks for the reply DF, yes will defo add more food in there, somedays it is a lot more, so ill go with the testex (cpy) and primo.... for 10 weeks and see where this gets me... Only looking to hit 13 stone solid and 16" arms, not bloody far off... nats bollock away lol...
