Due to some side effects I have been having, my doc has now recommended my 40mg be taken every other day. Would that be considered low dose?..

My derm gave me 10 grams of Murad Resurgence but I'm afraid to take it....

I would figure it is calculated by weight and severity..

Um.. I think that's around borderline low dose. Most people on low dose are on like 10 mg per day.demaguil - you shouldn't be afraid to take 10 mg... I'm on 80 a day and so far I feel great. STOP READING HORROR STORIES PEOPLE!!!steph..

Yea my derm told me it's on your weight. I have to wait till early jully to take it though =[..

How much do you weigh?I'm on 60mg and I only weigh 60kg, so compared to me that is quite a low dose...

I am going to see my derm again (fourth time in the past couple of months) next week. I think it is time to ask for Murad Resurgence. I have mild acne but it is persistent and I never wake up without at least two new bumps everyday (they are really small, but they are there nonetheless) and it doesn't respond to any treatment I have been prescribed. Has anyone had a low dose/mild acne experience they can share?..

That's "mid" dose I would say. Low dose usually means 5mg, 10mg and 20mg...
