I am having turkey in marinara with cucumbers. Later...that pizza really filled me up...
Sliced chicken breast over a bed of lettuce topped with diced tomatoes and cucumbers seasoned in sweet basil, onion powder, a dash of salt, pepper and parsley. With a drizzle of Walden Farms honey dijon dressing...
Four ounces of taco seasoned meat, one ounce of ff cheese, one package of Medifast crackers, two tbs. of salsa and a sprinkle of the dreaded onio n on lettuce. YUM...
Hey, how do you make the crab salad? I didn't know that was "allowed."..
I think Karen had crab and some salad.
Tonight's dinner was a oven roasted turkey breast with a side of mixed veggies (thin asparagus, baby green beans, baby zucchinis, red bell pepper) in a cilantro-lime sauce (True Lime + Butter Buds + Splenda w/a little water and a little chopped cilantro)..
I'll be having ground turkey with a pinch of taco seasoning, salad and a bit of salsa. I'm planning on munching on a half cup of raw green pepper strips while I'm making dinner to keep me away from my kid's b-day cupcakes..
I got caught out without food and was hungry, so I stopped by a supermarket with a fresh fish counter and got 7 oz of peel and eat shrimp. Chowed those on the way home and had a salad with baby field greens, tomato, 5 olives, and a fat free roasted garlic and ginger dressing once I got settled...
A nice big piece of salmon with some sesame shirataki noodles and some bok choy. twas a good meal...
Had to finish off the buffalo chicken that I'd done up before. Put it on a bed of lettuce with some peppers, celery and FF cheese (only had 5.5oz of chicken, so I made up the rest in cheese)..
Tasty, but still basic..
My evening experiment was much better...pita bread. Tomorrow, it'll become a stuffed Medifast peta!..
Tricia,.
Suesully was correct, I had boiled king crab, plainwith a salad on the side that had some cucumbers added in.
But I have made a tuna salad with fat free (and sugar free) salad dressing and celery and pickles. That was tasty and it wasn't too "off plan." I imagine you could do something like that with crab if you wanted to. But, then, I'm not from Nutrition Support and they might have a different point of view..
Karen..
Baked salmon with a side of salad with FF Italian..
Wow, smart move! Just shows we don't have to give in and buy junk food when we're caught unprepared!.
That fits in with my new motto "Find a Way.".
I'm having salmon salad tonight... not sure about the green yet. Cauli & zucchini, I think...
