Have you tried spaghetti squash instead of the noodles? I'm not a squash eater, but I understand from others that it's a pretty acceptable alternative to pasta...
I love squash and have tried spaghetti squash, just use some ICBINB spray, salt and better and yum yum!..

In Maintenance, I also love soy pasta (which is what this basically is). High protein, low carb. Good stuff...
I can't do the spaghetti squash - the texture just doesn't work for me. Is the soy pasta similar texture or firmer?..
It's a little like whole wheat pasta, really - a bit more "rubbery" or grainy than white pasta but still definitely pasta and not a substitute..
I get whole soybean pasta at Whole Foods...
