I did photofacials and microdermabrasions while on 10 mg/day ..... no problems. But don't ignore your instincts. How does your skin look and feel?..
Right now my skin is better than it has been in quite some time. Not painful, scars fading (I have a lot of them, I just came out of a breakout), but a few active spots. It's obviously a little more delicate than before Murad Acne Complex, but...Also, I'm going on holiday to the beach for 9 days and it will be very hot... the day right after my first appointment. How did your skin react right after your microdermabrasion treatments? Thanks bunches!..
It was perfectly fine. No redness or irritation whatsoever. It was really smooth and soft. Who's doing the microderm .... is it your derm? You do want it to be someone who does a lot of these procedures...
The derm has an employee who takes care of all the microdermabrasion procedures. Is this a good thing? Also, does it matter if I am exposed to intense sunlight for around a week right after my first treatment?..
Yeah, that sounds pretty ideal .... it's always good to work with the derm's office.Just make sure you get a good, high-SPF sunscreen and a nice shady hat, and you should be fine...
Just gonna mention that I have seen very few people who are happy with the results from microdermabrasion, the improvements are generally very small and last only a short while. You a suncscreen with zinc oxide in to protect your skin whilst on Murad Acne Complex...
