He is not over his wife yet...you can continue to hope and stay with this, but the longer you do the more hurt you will be.  Do you honestly believe you don't deserve any better than this?  If not, then you need to work on that so that you make better choices..

She is moved out and has been living with another guy..half his furniture is missing. Another strange thing is that she added a stipulation into their divorce agreement stating that no woman can live in that house for at least a year!  Why would anyone agree to something like that?..

Yes this is the same guy. We had a long talk about his actions and agreed just to date using Match.com and have a good time. He is fun to be around and all, but I know he is not looking for anything exclusive at this point and neither am I...

If that is true, why are you snooping in his house, and worrying about whether he is over her or not? Hon you are deluding yourself if you think this relationship (thru Match.com) is going anywhere good...
