The suggestion says 3-5 drops. I had 3 drops (I am afraid of the whole condiment rule thing) of the cinnamon danish swirl in my hot chocolate. It made it taste like hazelnut coffee. I am in love-lol!!!! I hope you get yours soon and enjoy!!!!..

What are the favorite flavors to order? I'm overwhelmed by the list of flavor choices on the Capella website. Which ones are best for recipes? I am new - in my second week and looking for good, flavorful ideas. Thanks...

I add about 7 drops to my Medifast food I add the blueberry to the blueberry oatmeal and make awesome muffins..

I typically add 8-10... The shakes need more than the cocoa. And certain flavors are stronger than others (the choco mint is really strong)...

Does anyone know how to account for these drops on the daily food log? I do not see them listed as a food choice though I know they are legal. Do they just have so little calories and etc. that we can use them at will?..

I ordered mine a week ago...had to call them yesterday and asked why they had not been shipped. I was told they usually ship within a day but because of the holidays it was taking longer. I then told the person I was a little confused cause the holidays were over 3 weeks ago!.

About two hours later I rec'd an e-mail saying that they were shipped..

I hope I get them soon...can't wait to try..

I am not sure myself about how to log this in, and what would be the maximum for the day, but I have to tell you that I just tried the cinammon danish swirl drops in the vanilla pudding (that I do not like), and it tasted divine! I think the cinammon danish drops are definitely my favorite...

You're going on a cruise?! Where are you going? And which cruise line? My husband and I went to the Western Carribean last february on Carnival. We hit Costa Maya, Belize, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We loved it!! Their food was wonderful!! By the end of the week...I wasn't fitting into our booth all that well anymore!! Are you taking your Medifast or will you enjoy yourself and get back when you return? Sorry for all the questions, but I love to travel!!.

I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake drops in my vanilla pudding today and it was SO good. Definitely doing that again...

I just tried a Vanilla shake, one spoon of Fat Free Cheesecake flavored Jello Pudding,.

And the Blueberry Capella drops....Blueberry Cheescake - Yummy!!!!!..

I cant wait to get mine.. I hope they are as good as the White Chocolate Carmel coffee I ordered from them.. There have been mixed reviews on this product but I think mostly on the positive side.. I am a coffee drinker but I am trying to cut out the cream so I can cut a few more calories out even though I use the sugar free french vanilla coffee mate..
