I did purchase "THE SECRET IS OUT" and have referred to it a few times. It is a compilation of much of the info that is available through out this site plus more.

At $19.95, I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is, but I do like having a quick spot to reference in one place.

Given that your "name" is BOOKkat", Is it safe for me to assume you are a book lover?.

I do like to be able to flip through pages leisurely vs. seek and find on a computer screen..

I would neither encourage or discourage purchase. I did find it helpful to look at...

I received the secret is out for free for signing up for automatic shipments, I was impressed with the book, I do know a lot about weight loss so I was happy it was well researched, I thought, I was especially impressed with the section in perfectionism, something I have stuggled with my whole life. Yes most of the info is on the site but I like to read bits of it frequently to stay motivated, Terry..

I just finished The Secret Is Out book and thought it had a lot of good info in it. Some of it is the same as what is here and in the quick start guide, but there is a lot of other info worth reading as well...

I found the books to be a rip off honestly there is nothing in them that is not available on this site..

I was very disappointed because of the high cost..

Fortunatly I didn't have to pay for mine either , I got it this ( The Secret is Out ) month w/ my first autoship order. It does have some good info in the book , but most of it is on this website. I have read most of mine & there are several parts that do not pertain to me personally. The perfectionist fits me to a T though. I never really realized I was a perfectionist until I read about it in this book. if you don't mind spending the $20 & you want more info about the program etc. without having to look it up , then you might want to get it...

I too got the book with my autoship purchase...not overly impressed. Has some good tips in it but in the longrun I am glad that I didn't pay the 20$ for the book...

I have both and liked Success in a Shaker Jar much more than The Secret is Out. If you are an information junkie, like me, get one of them...
