This sounds so great and I want to make it- here's my question....
What do you do with the egg? You said you let it get almost hard boiled. Do you chop it up? Mash it? Let me know!!.
Thanks- Tiff..
I chop it up into small pieces.
I made mine the other night using my new magic bullet I used the flat blade and the blender cup and it came out great!..
I'm confused. Olive Oil is over 100 calories per tables spoon, yet you cite that 1 1/2 cups are used as an ingredient of your recipie. You then cite that the entire thing (40 tbspn) only has 232 calories? I don't understand how that's possible...
Not to hijack the thread or the lovely sounding recipe, but for anyone interested in a good (although not as good as homemade) ceaser dressing and don't want to make it from scratch, try the Trader Joe's brand in the refrigerator case. I believe it's 30 or 45 cals per 2 tbsp, very low fat and very low carb. Sorry I don't have a bottle with me to give the specifics, but check it out if you have a TJ's near you...
I don't know I just entered everything into the the private food recipe section and let the program do the math I'll have to recalculate - good eye..
