OMG this sounds perfect. My spouse 'forgot' I was doing the 'diet thing' and bought Bailey's for my B-day coffee. Boy was that a cringe when I sadly said no thank you. I'm not sure where you got the SF syrup...? Can you tell me where you found it. I am a pound away from my first mini-goal, this would be a great treat! Would be great for New Year's eve as well!.

Tradition for me is a bottle of Amaretto for Christmas, love it in coffee on Christmas morning. I got DaVinci SF Amaretto-it was great! Saved me about a jillion calories!..

Gee, sure which I have some Torani SF Irish Creme syrup. But I do have Davinci Kahlua SF syrup. Might have to see what I can come up with for new years eve...

Ok, just a little slow on the uptake here...once y'all mentioned Davinci the light bulb went off. I use it in my coffee or to make steamers for my kids all of the time. Didn't think to add it to the shakes, will give that a go though. I signed up a couple of months ago, but have only been doing the diet for a month and just started looking at the boards yesterday. I'll catch up soon on the lingo!..

Yep, the Davinci Kahula in Medifast vanilla shake is my favorite. But I'm thinking about somehow using it without so much Medifast shake. Not sure how that would work yet...
