I add a bit of shirataki noodles & a good size 'hot sauce' .... you know the kind that you find in chinese supermarkets (I made sure there was no sugar/oil in it - actually I think it's vietnamese hot sauce).
Don't get me wrongg... it's still not great - but 'swallowable'..
I add a tsp of chickenflavored Better Than Boullion to my cream of chicken soup. I also add pepper and some soy sauce. It's very good that way. I've also added soy sauce, grated ginger, and alittle lime juice for an asian flavor.
The tomato I add beef Better Than Boullion, garlic powder, and pizza seasonings. It's good that way. Lately though I've been using it to make a pizza crust and borrowing cheese from the L&G to sprinkle on top. I just add 1 tsp baking powder and 3 T water, bake at 350 for 15 min then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 min or so. Then I sprinkle the pizza seasoning grinder on top.
Hope this helps!..
Kk thanks I will try these ideas .. I appreciate your replies! Thanks again.
Melisa..
Try adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the tomato to take out some of the sweetness, in addition to the spices...
I hate them all..... I never eat them.... and sent them back.
Sorry,,,,, the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!..
Hey Lori,.
I had the cream of chicken today, I added a packet of the chicken soup snack. This made it a little more salty and gave me a full bowl of soup. I also blended it in the bullet so it was really smooth. This tasted much better to me. Also I have heard of people adding bullion cubes. Haven't tried it but it sound like it would take away some sweet...
I make the tomato soup into "tortillas" using the cracker recipe...only way it works for me.

Sacramento..
I made the tomato soup into crackers tonight. As soon as they come out of the oven, I sprinkled them with Salad supreme seasoning. Ate them with LF laughing cow cheese taken from my lean for the day. I won't say they are "delicious" but they were darn good and really filling. Most importantly, it soothed my craving for something crunchy. This is something that I can take to work and munch on while typing away all day. Try it!..
