I think I am going to do steamed broc and caul, maybe baked chicken with some melted cheese. I have been craving cheese all day...
I made the Portabella Pizza from the recipe I found on this forum. I only used a tiny bit of tomato sauce, some onions, some Morningstar sausage patty (the breakfast one, not the burger) and a little mozarella cheese. Steamed broccoli with Butter Buds on the side. Yum!..
I just had baked salmon and a salad. It was good!..
Everybody is teasing me with this pizza!!!! I want it so bad, no caps here yet, I will just have to ask the manager what is up with that!..
I was sooo hungry. I got up, ate oatmeal and then was in meetings all day so that was my ONLY meal until L&G. I know. Bad, bad MediRebel MediFaster. So I just had a quick hamburger and salad with the fabulous Galeos Dijonaise dressing. Soooo good.

Had a late meeting at work and did not get home until 9 pm decided on the quickest easiest thing for my lean and green had an omelet with zucchini squash and onions...
Ooh, I was going to have shrimp, but I have some nice zucchini to use up, so I'm going to do this, too! Thanks for the idea.....

Has anyone noticed that you can now enter 3 cups of cooked veggies and it won't yell at you? and it still says "on plan"?.
OR..has that always been the rule? I think I tried it once before and it "errored" me with a warning....I didn't get a warning this time....I did go back and change the quatities, cause I really won't be using 1.5 cups of those two veggies....
Also...when you log in raw veggies..it comes back with ".5/1", then when you log in the other .5 it yells at you. mmmmmm.
I've emailed both these issues...but haven't heard from anyone. I guess all those years of being a "systems analyst" has made me too "nit-picky" eh?.
I do wish we could split our leans between the choices on the list. Example...I love eggs and cottage cheese (I know....but I grew up with it). I'd take an egg and a little cottage cheese for my lean sometimes. Or Mozzerella on a smaller burger. Am I missing something...can this be done now? I've tried it through "other foods and it doesn't work......love and peace...lynnann..
Had a lettuce & cucumber salad with the red wine salad spritzer and a couple of turkey burgers (5 oz total) spruced with garlic salt, pepper and basil. Nothing special...
I'm SUCH a boring L&Ger. Meat & salad. Last night my husband roasted a lovely pork tenderloin - having only 5oz of that was torture! At least I could have a decent amount of salad - romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber - and a Paul Newman dressing. His dressings are the best!.
One of these days I'm going to buy the shirataki noodles. Suppsedly there's an Asian market not far from my office...
