It was funny, I was doing inventory on my Medifast food (cause I am just type A like that) and realized that out of 110 Medifast meals, 28 are shakes and 28 are hot drinks. Time to start using those up faster!.

Maybe I could make some kind of tiramisu with the cappuccino!..

I got mine at Wal-Mart for $10 or so. I think you can get them at Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc...

This would be wonderful with peanut butter too - would count as optional snack of course. I love banana and peanut butter sandwiches!.

If you don't have any banana shakes, this would really be good with any flavor of shake. Also, you could maybe add a tiny bit of banana extract to a vanilla shake...

This is a great recipe. I made it last night and I didn't add the water. I was trying to remember the recipe without writing it down. I made it again this morning following the recipes and it was great!. Definitely a keeper!..

I bet it would, I think you can make the shake cakes with almost any of the drinks and puddings...

I am deathly allergic to bananas, prob not a banana molecule in the Medifast products, but I don't even like the taste, so don't risk it. However, I think it sounds wonderful with any of the flavors, even chocolate. I will be trying it soon!..
