I saw another post by O2Bthin ... she called Medifast and asked what the January specials would be.

Karen, I tried the appetite suppression shakes. I thought the taste was fine; very similar to the regular ones. Unfortunately, I didn't think they suppressed my appetite at all...

Well, considering they're going to be $2 less than the regular shakes, I'll be trying them!.

I am going to agree with Kathy, tasted about the same, didn't seem to help me with hunger or anything though.........

I have the chocolate appetite suppression shakes every week. They help me a lot - maybe it is psychological - but I have one for breakfast on my 'hungry days' and they get me on the right track. Hope you like them too!..

I didn't notice any difference but they made good cookies..

I posted an idea for the shakes on another thread..

I had gone to Tim Hortons Restaurant the other night & my daughter had a HOT Smoothee there. It smelled so good , that I had to try it with the MFshakes !.

So today at Lunch I heated up a Vanilla Supression shake, with the water for about 90 seconds in the microwave, and then I added Sugar Free Syrups from Davinci( but you can use any flavors / brand).

I used the Caramel and Raspberry with the Medifast Suppresant Shake , and it was really tasty , and different cause it was warm as well as being creamy.

There are so many flavor options to try out , this is so cool !.

A nice warm egg nog shake.

Or warm pumpkin spice shake .....

You can just imagine the options available.
